The best I can figure out on this is that you are sent an email with an opportunity to be a tutor. The job is as an online tutor not in person. Once you apply you start recieving a ton of emails about getting an education online and offline. Basically it appears they have set this up as a way to collect email addresses and send affiliate advertising your way. Before you apply for this job take a look at this thread:
