Difrawis Instant Human Resources

Instant Human Resources.  Okay this one is VERY complicated.  This company searches through careerbuilder and finds peoples resumes and responds to them.  They offer jobs through legitimate companies but it doesn' t appear these companies are involved with IHR at all! 
There is a legitimate company IHRsoftware and THEY are real. 
:No one is really sure what the deal is with Difrawis Instant Human Resources are but they are sure fuffling some feathers with the real companies! 
I can't even begin to explain this but there are a lot of people getting duped so I am just going to direct you to a message board thread where there is a lot of information you can review:
